A few things people usually ask first.
Do you need to test before you join?
No. Most Australians already have more data than they realise, an annual health check, routine Medicare bloods, results sitting in a GP portal. That's a sound place to start. Upload what you've got and the portal takes it from there.
What's the actual difference between membership and a test?
Membership is the infrastructure: the portal, the Co-Pilot, the directory, ongoing. A Biolume test is simply the easiest way to get tested when you want to, a full panel, interpreted by a clinician.
Do you cover more than blood tests?
Blood is the starting point, not the limit. The Directory extends to DEXA scans, VO2 max testing, and other physical assessments from independent providers across the country. Book directly, then fold the results back into your portal alongside everything else.
What's the Health Wallet for?
What My Health Record should have been. One place for results, scans, referrals, and specialist letters, built for you to actually use, not just store things in and forget. Choose what the Co-Pilot can see, item by item, nothing is included by default.
What happens if you cancel?
Your data is deleted, not stored, not held, not resold.
Is your data safe while you're a member?
Stored in Australia, encrypted, and handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Never used to train a model, never sold.

ChatGPT reasons from the internet. The Co-Pilot reasons from your results, cross-referenced against a knowledge base built by doctors and thousands of peer-reviewed studies, weighted toward the strongest tier of clinical evidence. Who actually interprets your Biolume test?
We use AHPRA-registered labs, so you can rest assured your results are reviewed by qualified pathologists and Australian clinicians. They review all tests ordered through Biolume. You will be contacted with anything urgent, the same way you would at the doctor.
